When does Early Bird tickets sales end and what is the Payment Deadline?

Early Bird tickets are available while stocks last. Payment Deadline for ALL packages is July 25, 2025. Packages are secured only after full payment.
How do I secure my package, if I'm paying by cash?

I ordered and paid for more than 1 package via credit card, but I only received 1 receipt/ticket"

If separate names and emails were provided for the order, individual receipts/tickets would have been issued to each email address. Please check with those in your order

What do I need for package collection?

Collecting your package? Your E-ticket A valid Photo ID Collecting a package for someone else? A signed and PRINTED letter from the package owner authorizing you to collect A copy of the E-ticket A copy of the package owner's Photo ID Your Photo ID
What is your refund or transfer policy?

All sales are final, absolutely NO refunds. We do not process requests for transfers.
I live overseas and cannot make the distribution.

Please arrange to have someone collect your package. Please make sure they have the required items to collect on your behalf.
